Great news for pirates everywhere today as the register announces that 8.5 GB DVD+R discs and drives will be shipping next april! I know what you're thinking, what's the big deal? The big deal is this, now all the movie pirates we all know and love won't have to settle for second rate re-encoded dvd-rips, they can just copy the whole kit and caboodle! But wait, won't that bring on mass pirating and god forbid, law suits from the movie industry? Of course it will, but hey, atleast the hardware companies still love us...
