Why Microsoft wants to buy Google...
Interesting little article over at the Inquirer about some pretty interesting search results discrepancies between Google and MSN. Worth the read. Check it out here.

The search results partially show how Microsoft edits its top few search results to aid itself. The other thing which is strikingly clear is that the search results are garbage. The biggest reason for this is the inclusion of Looksmart listings into the search results.
In January MSN will be shifting its search results to an Inktomi / Overture mix. More alarming than the aweful search results at MSN would be poor media coverage of the operating system, as noted on @ Joho
